Meet Your New Best Furriend!
Adopt a pet from McKamey Animal Center today! All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered (fixed/altered), microchipped, given parasite prevention, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations before leaving the Center with their new owner. That’s a $300+ value! Our range of adoption fees helps to support our mission and offset the cost of housing some pets for extended periods of time in addition to those who need life-saving medical care.

To help them get into homes faster, certain animals can be “pre-adopted” before they are spayed/neutered. They can go home with you the same day, but their adoption will not be considered final until their surgery has been performed. Pre-adoptions are only available for residents of Hamilton County, TN and require a deposit (in addition to their adoption fee) that will be refunded to once your pet has been altered and your adoption is finalized.
