Paw Palooza is Chattanooga’s ultimate celebration of pets, featuring dog games, contests, animal demonstrations, vendors, food trucks, and the ALL-NEW MAC Best in Show competition — where pet owners can take the stage and show off their pets’ personality, charm, and spirit (no tricks necessary)!

Voted one of Chattanooga’s Best of the Best Local Events of 2023, this one-of-a-kind festival brings together animal lovers from across the region for a day full of community, entertainment, and unforgettable pet moments.

Guests can enjoy demonstrations throughout the day from local organizations, plus appearances and entertainment hosted by special guest and emcee Jed Mescon.

All proceeds from Paw Palooza support the life-saving programs and services of McKamey Animal Center, helping animals in need throughout the Chattanooga community.

MAC Best in Show Registration

NEW This Year:

MAC Best in Show!

Think your dog deserves the spotlight? Register for the MAC Best in Show beginning at 11 A.M. and take the stage to show off your pup’s personality — no tricks required!

Dogs can compete for fun titles like “Wiggliest Tail,” “Best Rescue Story,” and “Best Spots.”

To enter, participants can either:

  • Raise at least $20 for MAC through fundraising, or
  • Pay a one-time $20 entry fee per dog
  •  

Every entry supports homeless pets at McKamey Animal Center. The top fundraising dog will be crowned this year’s MAC Best in Show champion and lead the fundraising walk following the competition.

To participate, click the button below to donate or create your personal fundraising page. Simply select “Be a Fundraiser” to get started. Top individual and team fundraisers will also be eligible for special prizes!
